Reflections and a Contest

Before I go to sleep and not too tired, I reflect on things that happened to me that day. What I was grateful for, what made me laugh, what made me sad or angry. I wanted to journal those thoughts but because Im too tired to get up and write, most of the time, its just forgotten as I go to slumber. How I wish I documented all those things. I don't want the past to be just a blur to me. Now, I keep a notebook and just write all the significant moments and things in my life: my conversations with Roy and Fei, milestones and even doodles. Everything is saved. Even I don't have time to scrap anymore, at least I can go back and read my journals and remember them.

This is the main reason why I made "Reflections." I haven't scrapped for a long time and the layouts I want to make are piling up. Hopefully soon (which I keep on telling myself), I can go back to my old routine and scrap at least 3 times a week.

And without further ado, here is my new kit.

And some updates about me... My pregnancy is going well. I feel the baby already. I still don't know the sex yet. My check up will be at the end of July and I think by that time we will know if it is a girl or a boy. Cross fingers!!! Don't forget to come back to my blog because there would be another contest!

3 things to celebrate!!!

1. Fei's birthday!!!
Fei is now 4!!! She has grown, she is louder, smarter, more curious and just "more" of everything!!! there was no real birthday party except for the one she had now at school. We bought her a cake to share with her classmates. We went swimming this weekend with 2 of her friends. We will celebrate it when her 3 cousins arrive here from Qatar!!! We would be jam packed, we would have messy rooms for the whole week, we will have noisy kids 24 hrs and we are going to have lots of fun!

3. and last but not the least... Im pregnant!

that is the reason why I have been MIA all this month. I feel sick every day. Im just dragging myself to go to work. Im completely useless and sort of brainless! lol! i have no creativity or whatever. i havent scrapped for over a month and I miss it. But every time im in front of the computer to scrap, my brain wonders and then after 10 minutes i feel sleepy. I hope this sickness go away soon! i want to do something productive!
